Absolutely as advertised. Huge space, tons of light, right on the beach. Stunning pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Particular shout-out to our driver, Joel, who was so nice and responsible and gave us great ideas for specific excursions, all of which worked out beautifully (horseback riding on the beach, Monkey Jungle, and a private catamaran snorkel trip). Finally, Alex was probably the best host we've ever had. Immediate responses, solved problems (that weren't his doing) and generally cared that we had a great time. We felt safe and cared for a long way from home. Thank you so much again, Alex!

⸻Our family of 14—grandparents, three adult children and spouses, and six grandchildren (ages 1–11)—has taken several Caribbean trips, and this was our best stay yet.Alex was extremely responsive and helpful, especially his recommendation of Chef Rossy which gave us an outstanding private, all-inclusive experience with 3 excellent meals each day.The home is spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. With three housekeepers, it always felt clean despite our large group, and they were helpful without being intrusive.The outdoor space is a highlight: a beautiful infinity pool with a large shallow area perfect for young children, plus multiple seating areas and a large sandy play space with a volleyball net.The beach is a short walk over dunes; while not ideal for swimming, the kids loved the waves.Note that only two bedrooms are inside the main house, which could be a consideration for those with mobility issues.We rented three cars, which were rarely used. Alex suggested we probably didn’t need them. Two would been fine.Overall, an exceptional property for a large, multi-generational family.

We had an exceptional day at the residence. Our group consisted of five couples, each with their own private bedroom and bathroom.The property is aesthetically pleasing, matching the photographs. It is even more inviting due to the additional lounge chairs around the pool, a volleyball net, tables on the grass between the house and the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices and remnants from previous tenants, which is always an added convenience. The property provides ample bottled water. The pool is meticulously maintained daily, and there are numerous pool toys for entertainment.The house is enclosed with walls reminiscent of a compound, and a security guard is on duty 24 hours a day. However, the neighborhood is generally safe. The beach is exceptionally safe.A martini bar is approximately a 30-minute walk away, while a restaurant located on the beach, known as Wilson’s Restaurant, is about a 50-minute walk. To reach Wilson’s Restaurant, you must walk until you encounter the river, at which point a boat will transport you across. The restaurant only serves lunch, as electricity is not available during the night. Despite this, the food is exceptional.Housekeeping services are provided by three housekeepers who visit the property several times a week. They typically inquire about our preferred timing. Alex, the property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. This home and location is hard to beat.

We stayed at the Villa for 8 days. all the properties around the villa are under construction, we didn't really want to walk around as there are dogs. The check in part was easy. There is no AC in the main part of the house so if you need to cool down you have to go to your room. The master bedroom AC can not pull the area of the room so doesn't get cold/cool. The amount of FLIES there were is just shocking! Nothing was done to prevent them, we just got told that its the weather. Cleaning staff was lazy and would need to be told what to clean, if not told they would leave at 12 when they're supposed to stay until 4pm. (that's what I got told) There is a security guard with a gun which is great for safety but wasn't expected. He walked the perimeter the whole time. Food was decent, nothing special. A lot of the house had rusty parts in all the rooms.
Overall not bad and that's just because of the view!
