Free Beach SRVC! Completely Renovated! Gorgeous Views 4 Miles!

My family and I had the best time staying in this condo and we are already looking to go back! The view was stunning, check in and out was so easy, and communication with the property manager was great! The in-unit washer and dryer wasn't something I thought about when booking but something we really appreciated while there.

Everything was great about this place! It is as lovely as the photos portray! Communication with the host could not have been better - she was always available and super accommodating. Comfortable beds and seating, and 6 of us fit just fine. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment - better than most places - including plenty of glasses of different types. One thing to be aware of: there are absolutely no spices, oils, sugar, baggies, foil, etc. so bring all of those things. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is an absolutely perfect unit. We loved the beachy clean blue and white esthetic throughout the whole unit. Plenty of space in the bathrooms and storage in bedrooms. The views of the bay and the ocean were beautiful! Caught two firework shows sitting on the balcony! Julie was a super helpful host even with a little hiccup we had she went out of her way to take care of us! We will return for sure! Only negative the beds were a little firm for our liking but to each their own! Pro tip the front row beach chairs get snagged up by 7am go down and throw a towel on your chairs they start setting up at 6:30 ☀️

We had a great trip and the unit was very nice. Our property manager Julie was awesome, however, the VACASA team at the front desk was Not. When checking in, we gave our name and unit number & were told we had to get the elevator key from our property manager. The VACASA lady at the front desk told us we could go to the 15th floor and carry our luggage up a flight of stairs so we did. The door code wasn't working so my husband went back downstairs to make sure the front desk did not have anything for us and was told by the same lady she could not help in any way. My son and I then took our luggage downstairs to the lobby. I told them to go get lunch while I reached out to Julie since VACASA was being so nonchalant. I was distraught when Julie didn't answer (I later realized I misdialed her number) and I begged the lady at the front desk for assistance to no avail. I decided to try again and this time Julie answered. She told me she dropped off an envelope for me that morning with the lady at VACASA's front desk (she described her and she was the same lady my I had asked for help twice). While I was still on the phone with Julie, I walked over to the same lady and asked for the third time and she still said no. I explained that Julie had dropped it off that morning and then the lady suddenly "remembered" someone dropping off an envelope while I was upstairs. This was untrue because my husband was downstairs asking for assistance from this same lady while I was upstairs trying to get into the unit. The envelope was clearly marked with my name and room number on it and contained the elevator key and new door code. Had she taken accountability and at least admitted she made a mistake, I would be more forgiving. I cannot forgive someone lying after so many attempts were made I ended up in tears. There was no one else in the lobby the whole time so it wasn't like she was super busy --this should have never happened and she should not have lied to me. For that reason, I will never rent a unit where VACASA is the property manager. I would definitely rent another unit managed by Julie and Marsha as their customer service is second to none. On a different note, the onsite restaurant had the best hamburgers ever
