The staff was very kind and welcoming. We arrived very late, the restaurant was closed but they still put something very tasty together for us. Other perks: Nice light breakfast, swimming pool, easy to find a parking spot. The room was clean and we were very comfortable. With the car we could reach a lot of nice spots: Burgas, Sosopol and other virgin beaches in the area.

If I have to find something: the windows do not isolate well, so we heard everything was happening downstairs in the swimming pool. Not too tragic though, just be aware of you have a light sleep.

It's a family owned and run hotel and this could be felt throughout. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made our stay very enjoyable overall and made it easy to overlook the negatives mentioned above. Annie was particularly helpful and accommodating and thanks to her and her team of bar and kitchen staff we had a fantastic day of pool party fun with the kids and family friends who had come to visit us for the day. The food is good quality. Only niggle here was that the breakfast was set with no choice, however we could order from the very reasonably priced menu which had a good selection of what seemed mostly freshly prepared food. I highly recommend the homemade burgers (kyuftenca) and also the homemade rakia. That was a real treat if you like brandy. Super cheap but really actually quite good (coming from a rakia conneiseur). We would be happy to visit again.

Overall we loved our stay but really only because of the super friendly and super accommodating staff. Although the building is fairly new, the rooms had a whiff of sewage and so we had to keep the bathroom doors closed to avoid it. The lighting was all bright white LED (not the most relaxing). There were no bedside lamps (small niggle but annoying nevertheless). There was no cable TV plugged in in both rooms. After insistently asking a few times the staff provided a receiver box to connect. It was streaming based rather than cable as it turned out so perhaps they were trying to save on internet data charges, who knows!

It was very quite and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room didn't have exposure to the sun, also there was no rope or whatever place to dry your clothes
