Enjoy a chic, modern architectural estate with a salt-water heated pool, hidden down a private, celebrity-laden lane in Beverly Hills, off Mulholland Dr. This resort-like dream mansion has views overlooking the hills, indoors that blend with the outdoors through glass walls, a large heated pool and spa, a huge open main floor plan, and glass doors that slide open to the pool and decks. This is a safe, secure, private, compound-like fortress, with ADT Security and monitoring. The whole family can safely experience and enjoy the glamorous LA lifestyle at this property.
Living space totals 5600 sq. ft w/6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 12 decks, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry stations, 3 fireplaces & a 4 car garage. The large master suite has a massive spa-like bathroom, a huge round bathtub with views, and a large open shower.
We've been consistently renovating this property, to ensure it's in its best state for 2020. Here are the most recent -very green- additions to the mansion:
- State-of-the-art, hi-efficiency air conditioner.
- Weekly renovations that include new painting and fixtures.
- Brand new hi-efficiency pool filter.
- Infallible wireless mesh system(wifi) - have NEVER had a connectivity issue since its installation.

Beds feature crisp white linens and freshly cleaned duvet covers to ensure a restful night's sleep. Four of the 6 bedrooms have CA King size beds, and 2 have queen beds, all with high thread count hotel-standard bedding.
The pool has a digital remote control, with an auto cleaner and filler. It is between the 3-story main house and a large 1200 sq. ft. guest house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and laundry station.
The "celebrity-home" has a distinctively modern look and it's often chosen by photographers to use as a filming location for many celebrity photoshoots, film and TV productions, etc. Companies who have utilized this property include: GQ, Self, MTV, Allure, Lucky, Maxim, Jane, In Style, Parade, Psychology Today, and many others.

2. It's secure. The location is hidden, and the neighbors are as solid as a rock, having lived here for decades.

The villa is located high in the hills on an enchanted lane off of Mulholland Drive. It sits in the center or near everything: LA, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Santa Monica beach, and the valley. The private lane has only 6 neighbors who have all lived there for decades; three are grammy-winning artists, and an Oscar-winning movie director lives next door.

This was the ideal house to have a get together for friends and family over the long weekend. Dan was great about getting us set up and making us comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely gorgeous compound in the Hills. Perfect for large groups and good proximity to all LA has to offer. Dan was great to work with and great attention to making our stay wonderful. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Thanks Dan for making our weekend magical.

Classic California modern home nestled in the Canyon with great views and privacy. Close to everything especially if you are working or planning to be in Hollywood Burbank Area. Excellent for large group - the host was very nice and easy going.

The property lived up the pictures and was absolutely perfect for our extended weekend stay with friends. The house setup with multiple outdoor areas/ living areas is perfect for a large group & the kitchen is great to cook in. The BBQ on the patio is stunning to use in the afternoon. Dan was a lovely host with a personal greeting and more than accommodated all our questions ahead of time. Would definitely stay again.
