The space was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and out was a very easy process! We love staying at Jamaica Royale, we will definitely be back!

Scott was wonderful as our host. There was a small issue with the WiFi when we got there and he took care of it right away. The unit met out needs. We love Siesta Key. We've been coming for 20 years and love it. Jamaica Royale is our favorite place to stay.

Excellent experience renting this unit at Jamaica Royale. Owners were friendly and kind; they made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. When we arrived, the place was very clean. Accommodations (furnishings, appliances, etc.) were modern and updated. The bed was very comfortable; we slept well each night. We used the grills at the complex one night for steaks. The gas grills appeared to be new; they were clean and easy to use. Loved the convenience of parking right outside the door to the unit...literally feet way. This made loading and unloading the car very simple. One of the three pools was also just steps away from the "back" patio. The complex was, in our opinion, beautiful and well-maintained. Staff and guests at the complex were very friendly. We counted ourselves blessed to be able to walk out to what we believe is the best beach in the world! Terrific vacation. Would recommend this unit to any couple (or family of four, if you use the pull-out sofa), and we would definitely stay here again! Five stars (or 10 out of 10 - however the place is graded) all around!

Description was misleading. No washer/dryer in unit. Communication was poor regarding beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Pictures of unit are outdated. The fixtures were old and beat up
