Oceanfront Cottage with Panoramic Views & Its Own Tidal Dock on Casco Bay

Cottage was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch and watching the birds feeding and the tides going in and out. We swam off the dock. Seafood restaurants were easy to find. The host was very helpful. Quiet and relaxed. We were visited by deer and a fox. Look forward to returning soon!

Awesome cottage. Fantastic views over the water for morning coffee. The floating dock was great for stargazing on clear nights. Jim was super friendly and accommodating. 15 minute drive to both Bath and Brunswick. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. 100% would stay there again.

We cannot say enough good things about this home. It's in a beautiful, waterfront, quiet, peaceful, and wooded location. Even though it's so rural, you are within 10 - 30 minutes of many coastal towns and activities. The house itself is very well maintained, clean, and supplied with wonderful amenities. There is a great book put together by the owner with so much useful information as to restaurants and activities and other things. The owner Jim is very supportive and easy to communicate with. We spent ALOT of time just sitting on the front porch watching the water and nature and when tide permitted, spent time on the dock doing the same. At the same time, we were close to the activities that we wanted. All in all, this house was a big part of one of our best vacations ever.

We stayed here last week. All four humans and two dogs had a wonderful time. The cottage is in great condition. We had everything we needed and felt welcomed the moment we arrived. Just sitting on the deck and watching the view on the water kept us busy for hours at a time. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of both the grill and outdoor burner for cooking lobster. All the furniture was in great shape and comfortable. There is a TV room downstairs but I can say that for the first time ever, I didn't watch TV for a whole week. Just didn't need it. I did use the WIFI though for my laptop. The area that the cottage is located is quiet and very country like. The dock from the cottage leads right out to tidal water and is perfect for a leisurely kayak adventure as well as motor-boating during the right tide. The owner was friendly and also provides charter boat service for both fishing and sightseeing. Makes for great one stop shopping. I would recommend this place to any nice family looking to truly relax away the stress of everyday life. Great bird watching as well right from the deck, we took hundreds of photos.
