We liked the offering of breakfast in bed. The refresh of towels and trash emptied was nice. We loved the room. We thought it was great that there were refrigerators with complimentary water and soda and cookies/brownies. My husband loved the massage in the spa! So relaxing!
1. We thought it was crazy that the parking lot, outside stairs and porch hadn't been shoveled. It was hard to navigate with luggage etc... 2. It was a strange check in situation as there wasn't a definitive place to check in when we walked in. We weren't sure where to go. We spoke with someone sitting in the living room about where to find our room and she was able to direct us. 3. There was a lot of loud talking in the parking lot between 9:30-10:30pm on Saturday eve when we were trying to go to sleep. 4. We wish there had been an option to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm without being charged an extra $25.

Great location to wisp. Multiple easy entrances to get directly to our room from out side. Great view.
