Amazing, would stay again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this property for 2 nights. The key was very easy to access upon arrival, when we walked in the caravan it was very clean and tidy, the property offers you plenty such as pots, pans, a toaster, washing up liquid, tea towel, a vacuum, disinfectant, a heater which came in handy during our stay for warming up clothes, and the beach is very quick and easy to access from the property. Overall, this property is defo worth the money, its clean, private and offers so much essentials, the only negative thing I can really say is about the boiler as we ran out of hot water so had to contact the owner and wait for maintenance to replace the empty gas cans, this was no problem but the only hiccup we had, rest was perfect 🙂.

The property was okay the fact that you have to pay £100 deposit and when the two guys that were staying in there didn’t empty the bin bag the owner decided to charge £40 of the deposit to empty a bin bag how petty when the cleaners must have to take rubbish out of the caravan before the next people going absolutely disgusting will never use this person ever again

Fabulous break away again!!

Lovely clean caravan located perfectly for the beach and for breakers. Everything was perfect once again, the owners are really friendly accommodating and extremely quick to respond to queries. My husband and sister , and I and our 3 small doggies had a fab week with you again

58 Brightholm

The position was good with easy access to the club. There was a narrow alleyway access to the beach over the dunes. The fenced garden was what we needed for the dog, and the caravan was clean.

The lounge seating was hard and uncomfortable. The double bed mattress sagged in the middle and rattled as there was an old rusty chain on it. The single beds were very narrow more suitable for children than adults and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a quilt for extra padding. The pull-out bed was not fixed to the floor and after trying to get it out we struggled to get it back under the seating. One of the cooker knobs was broken. The garden was unkept, could do with weeding, and there were brambles I had to cut off. The garden table and chairs were old, faded and one chair had a hole in the seat. We are an older couple in our sixties and like our comforts. This caravan was not very well looked after and needs updating. Expensive for what it was.

Route to the beach…fact there was a garden though very very unkept and not an Environment you would want to sit in.. but I could let my dog out in it though with long hair she got full of bits. Did get my deposit back fairly quickly..

Scruffy..heating and water didn’t work. Owner didn’t explain things properly and didn’t give me the key code until she knew I had paid the extra £5 on top of the £10 I thought it was for the 2 nights..I waited in scorching sun outside with my dog for hours and I just cried and cried..I wasn’t trying to do anyone .. just an old woman with her dog ( who was overheating in garden and no water or shade…couldn’t leave her in heat of car…)..Tried to fix heating myself but didn’t want to give her any course for taking my deposit..when I did finally say then an engineer or whatever came quickly and fixed it saying was the pilot light but not easy to do and also as I guessed it was virtually out of gas.. The certificate next to boiler was totally out of date..2022.. told lady and she said she had the new one and could get someone to bring it round!

Good location and dog friendly with 1 night stay option

Garden great for the dog. Clean. Easy to find. 5 minute walk to beach and bars. They offer a 1 night stay on Booking.com. Dog friendly

We booked the day before for 1 night only and they were very sticky about the £100 damage deposit otherwise we couldn't stay. I was at work so was difficult to organise and my bank would not recognise their account so it was awkward. It took us 5-6 days before we got our deposit back and can take up to 14 days yet when they were wanting the deposit it had to be immediate. It doesn't have a beach view but is near beach. The mobile homes are quite on top of each other. I thought it was expensive for what it is plus dog fee £15.00 per night.

Location was close to everything

First impressions were not good as the van was dirty and looked scruffy from the outside. Van / Decor and overall appearance was very dated and could do with redecorating. The van needs some TLC and a deep clean - bathroom blind was filthy Seating was covered ( might be because we were bringing a pet- although we brought our own as you do) but cushions were sunken and well worn. All in all very disappointing

Wasn't very happy with the caravan as there was no net curtains up so it was like being in a gold fish bowl everyone looking in at you..woken up all hours of the morning by noisy neighbours not impressed at all if your looking for a relaxing weekend avoid

Great location near the beach with dogs (2) accepted. Caravan was clean and fresh and close to facilities like bus route, bar/clubhouse, take aways and local shops for items forgotten from home. A very nice place.

Excellent location only a minute’s walk from the beach and not far from the leisure park, super comfy beds, lovely patio with furniture!

It was very hot during the afternoons - there were heaters available if it was cold but could definitely benefit from a fan in the summer!

it was in a lovely area in the park and the actual caravan itself were nice

the tap was leaking constantly, the bathroom door would not close without it being closed multiple times, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the blinds were covered with dust

Small site, with personalised caravans. Garden attached to the caravan, which was perfect for my dog and us to sit in. Able to park next to the caravan. 4 minute walk to the beach. The caravan had everything I needed for our stay, including a few, little extra, which I wasn't expecting, like washing up liquid, teatowel, washing up sponge. The caravan was clean and tidy, but at the same time, felt homely and loved.

Unfortunately the tap on the kitchen was a bit loose and tended to drip a bit. I'm sure this would be an easy fix though. There was nothing else I didn't like.

Really enjoyed by all

The location is perfect for beach access and dog walks. Caravan totally what we expected and acceptable with a very few small issues. Breakers pub and restaurant was excellent with very friendly staff. We totally enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Garden needs tidying up and bramble Bush removed. Unfortunately our dog stood on this when we arrived as the branches were over the patio and had to remove a couple of thorns from foot. The only other small issue was the loose dripping tap in the kitchen.
