About this apartment rental
This extremely large end unit three bedroom condo at the luxury Pacifico Gated Resort Community is now being offered for short term rentals. It's the perfect retreat for a family vacation or getaway at Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. With four pools, a luxurious beach club and poolside dining, you will never want to leave the resort. Located right next to the Hard Rock Cafe and the Pacifico Village shops and the Auto Mercado grocery store, you have everything you need on site for a relaxing holiday. The space:
The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your holiday. The extra large open concept living area has two separate dining areas to enjoy. The solarium is an added bonus to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains and the ocean. It is fully air conditioned and bug free with the glass enclosure which expands the overall living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are three separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite washroom with separate tub and shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is another full bathroom with tub and shower for guests. There's also a half bath in the living area. The condo also comes with one dedicated parking spot.
Guest access
Throughout the Pacifico complex there are 4 pools including a 25m lap lane, lagoon pool children's zero entry wading pool and Jacuzzi. New to the pool areas is a bar and grill with food and drink poolside service. For an additional fee, guests can access the full service beach club with all its amenities. You can reach the beach club by foot (10 minute walk) or with the free resort shuttle that is offered every hour throughout the day.
Interaction with guests
The condo is managed by a full service local property management company. They will be available to the guests at check in and throughout their stay and they can arrange airport transfers as well as excursions upon request.

There are two flights of stairs to climb to reach the unit and no elevator in building.

Pacifico is lovely. Very well maintained, very secure, comprehensive, and friendly. Our unit was HQ for explorations in and around Guanacaste, in Coco itself, and within the larger Pacifico condos/courts and pool complex. Everything we wanted was within reach by walk, golf cart, or taxi and it was all easy. Lots of nice people there too. Would definitely do it again.

This is a great condo, very spacious. Prepare for a hike though if you’re not renting a car of golf cart. The Pacífico property is beautiful, with several pools and a bar/restaurant. The location is very near several grocery stores and restaurants. The Pacífico Beach Club is a fairly long walk, but there is a shuttle running approximately every 2 hours. I would recommend this condo to families or anyone with 3 people looking for their own space.
