About this house rental
This home was renovated in 2023 and is clean, spacious and uncluttered! In a quiet neighborhood a short drive from campus, this home has lots of indoor and outdoor living spaces with access to the two car garage. Downstairs has 2 dining areas, spacious living area, sitting area and fully functioning kitchen - all open as one large space. Upstairs has master bedroom and bathroom with a king bed, 2 guests rooms with a queen bed and 1 guest room with a double bed. The house easily sleeps 8 in beds but space on couches to sleep 2 more (not pullouts) and play room that a blow up mattress can be provided. Guests are welcome to use the gas grill, kitchen, wifi, 65 inch TV, Xbox One, washer and dryer, beautiful backyard with access to neighborhood playground, and more. If you are staying for a game day, parking options/suggestions are available.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property for the Alabama football weekend! It was the perfect home for all of us to be together in one comfortable, welcoming space. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend.Kristen was an amazing host; she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She replied quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
