This cozy one-bedroom Viking Lodge condo has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Telluride. With a modern, cabin-like feel, this condo offers gorgeous river and mountain views through the large bay window. Viking Lodge 217 features a kitchen with all of the full-size appliances you need to make yourself feel at home. Enter through the queen bedroom and pass through the hallway with access to the full bathroom and bunk beds which are perfect for kids. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Sliding doors are able to separate all sleeping areas. Enjoy the Viking Lodge complex's hot tub after a long day of rewarding adventures and rest easy knowing the Viking Lodge is steps from The River Trail and an easy walk to anywhere in Telluride. The Viking Lodge also offers on-site parking and a coin operated laundry facility. Walk to everything including ski lifts, main street, festivals, and grocery store. This unit is an excellent value for a couple or family! The complex also offers heated pool (summer only ) and (year-round) Hot tub - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay. The location was walkable to the lift and gondola as well as all the town restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love Telluride and will keep this property on our list of favorites.

We enjoyed our stay here with easy access to the gondola (along a beautiful, creekside path) and walking distance to the town and all the shops and restaurants.
We were going to use the fold out bed but the sofa is not in good repair (hard to fold out the mattress as a bolt is missing) and this hasn't been used in a while as evidenced with food crumbs and dust. Fortunately, the bunk is available and just fine for adults under 5'10" - not the most comfy of mattresses but my sister loved the main bed. Only other drawback was the noise level. This is a wood frame building and our neighbor upstairs got home very late most evenings and banged around upstairs for hours. Overall, though, a pleasant place. Laundry is not in the unit as well - fyi.

Overall, we had a great stay but very disappointed how the property management company handled the hot tub issue. They let us know a few days before our stay that the hot tub was broken and that they will not give any financial refunds because of the issue no matter what. They blamed that it was the HOAs problem who need to fix it. Given that this is a skiing destination, a hot tub is very essential during your visit. This was one of the top reasons we chose this property. We reached out to the property management and I feel like they handled the situation poorly and said there’s no way of reimbursing any money. We are vrbo owners of several properties and would never handle this situation like they did. We always make our guests happy no matter what it takes. I guess this is the difference between an actual owner of the property and a property management company.
Also, we stayed during the weekend so in order to get a hold of anyone, you either wait until they open Monday morning or call an emergency number in which they will charge you if it’s not an emergency. FYI, there is no oven hot pad to use if you cook in the oven. Also, the knives are very dull which make them very dangerous to use. There is no cooking spray or oil to use on the pans. I wish I knew this before we arrived and I could have brought these items.
The place was a perfect size for the 3 of us but it can definitely fit a family of 5 or 6. My son loves the bunk bed. And the privacy of each room is a nice addition.
