About this villa rental
Our vacation villa offers you the best of South West Florida and will feel more like a tropical resort with high end finishes, granite counters throughout and high quality bedding, kitchen supplies and furniture to enhance your stay. You will notice large open views to the pool deck from almost every room and a split floor plan that separates you from your accompanying guests for optimal comfort and privacy.
Our neighbors and neighborhood is very quiet and safe with a view of yachts owned by our very friendly neighbors on the canal. Our location has access to bike trails all along the Cape Harbor Marina area where there is nightly entertainment, dining and shopping. You are also in walking distance to Cape Harbour, Publix and Walgreens.
This 1600 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Key West and Tropical colors to provide a soothing atmosphere.

We love the Hot Tub right outside the primary suite overlooking the canal. Our Heated Pool is extra deep (8 feet) with a trapezoid shape and sitting steps in the pool as a sun tanning shelf. We have an inviting outdoor lounge area next to the Al Fresco dining table which is where you may be eating most of your meals to enjoy the weather. We have an operational kitchenette with sink in the Lanai and has outdoor dimmer lighting and fans to enjoy in the evenings. We also have a multi-color pool light to give you and enhanced water show at night as your wind down your day.

We are located in the Yachting Community of Cape Coral which has over 400 miles of Canals, that's more than Venice Italy! We sit directly on the canal so you can enjoy watching the Dolphins, Manatees and Stingrays swimming along.
If boating is your passion, then you will truly enjoying watching the Yachts on their way to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico as you lounge by your private Heated Pool or just sit on the dock and watch the sunsets or Dolphins and Stingrays swim by.
The home is conveniently located near Cape Coral Beach and is about 10 mins drive to Downtown Fort Myers. Visit the Ford and Edison Estates if you like taking in some history or take in some local seafood at Joe Crabshack.
The location is ideal for the ladies in the group because it is only 25 minutes drive to Fort Myers Beach or 30 minutes to Estero for shopping at outlet malls like Coconut Point Mall or Miromar Outlets or Tanger Outlet on your way to Sanibel Island on Summerlin Road.
For the guys, there are plenty of public Golf Courses around Cape Coral and Fort Myers to choose from like Eastwood (3.7 / 5.0) , Riverbend Golf Course (4.0 / 5.0), or Golf at Magnolia Landing (4.2 / 5.0), Eagle Ridge (3.6 / 5.0).
For those rich in taste, visit Downtown Naples and walk along 5th Avenue for some high end shops. Our advice is to go there for the view, or perhaps a coffee / glass of wine, but get your bargains at Tanger or Miromar Outlets.

Property is very clean and has everything you need. Nice area to go for walks, marina and dinning a short walk from the house. Easy drive to beaches. Host responded quickly to any questions. Great place to relax.

We loved our stay at this home so much. Communication was excellent. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. During our vacation we drove to Ft. Myers Beach for an afternoon, went to a Twins game, rented a boat for an afternoon, and did some shopping. When we finished our activities each day, we were so happy to return to the house and relax and feel at home. We also opted to stay at the house all day for a couple of days. The boat rental worked perfectly - my husband drove less than a mile to get the boat and drove it through the canals to pick us up at the house. Then we boated around for a few hours and he dropped us off back at the house before returning the boat. The location in Cape Coral is perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do, and Publix is right down the road for groceries. We would definitely stay again.

The house was newly renovated and had a great location. Owner and manager were able to be contacted easily and were helpful.

Safe and convenient area for a family vacation. Nice pool, access to the canal for fishing. Can’t really swim in the canal because ladder is covered in sharp coral. Good fishing though. Suggestions: 1 bath towel per person and 1 pool towel so plan to do laundry or bring more towels.
