About this house rental
Mule Deer Meadow offers some of the best mountain views in Tahoe with direct access to the National Forrest from the backyard. Conveniently located next to Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, and the Casino's (all less than 8 miles away). This brand new estate built in 2016 includes a blend of modern and rustic design and has mountain views from every room in the house. The open floor plan is ideal for large groups and includes a game room with pool table, wet bar, and sauna. This professionally furnished home provides the setting for lasting memories. MAXIMUM LEGAL OCCUPANCY:
*14 (Children 5 and under do not count)
You may not exceed the maximum occupancy of 14, not including children 5 and under.
*6 Cars (3 in garage, 3 on driveway). No street parking is allowed.
NOISE
*We love our neighbors and we can't have excessive noise at this house. If you are looking to make noise then please find a a more suitable location. The last thing we want to do is interrupt your vacation.
*South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Hot tub use must end by 10pm.
*House is equipped with noise monitors that measure decibels only.
AIR CONDITONING
*We are in the 5% of homes with central air conditioning! The top two floors have AC. The lower floor does no have AC, however this floor is typically cooler.
PRIVATE Suite: Our house has a private third story suite that includes one bedroom and one bath. There is a separate entry to the private suite.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

Such a beautiful house with amazing amenities. Beautiful views wherever we went in the house. So spacious and cozy at the same time. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Easiest check in and check out. Very responsive host

Beautiful, well appointed home! The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook for 12 people, including relatively sharp knives - not a given for rental homes these days! The grill and all kitchen appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable, and 4 bathrooms were plenty.Everything about the listing was accurate - only things I would note: (1) the home has a lot of stairs, which may be an issue for little kids or older guests. (2) The ground-level backyard area was very small, but balconies and access to nearby trails (and views!) more than made up for it. (3) The home has a lot of rules, but that is to be expected in Lake Tahoe these days. (4) Lastly - and I'm nitpicking at this point - our family loves to play pool and mentioned that the pool cues should be replaced at some point.Thanks Chad for a great stay!

Everything about this property is top notch. Wonderful beds, sheets, towel, amenities. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utinsils. Easy to talk to property manager and coordinate arriving and leaving times. Quick to respond. Fantastic location. Beautiful surroundings and close to town and beaches. Cant wait to stay here again.
