This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.
If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

Perfect location in Estes Park and I recommend this unit for anyone wanting to be close to town, feel private and wanting to see nature. This is an end unit with a balcony on the riverwalk side. We left the sliding glass door open, from the balcony, in the mornings to hear the river sounds. Very relaxing. Full kitchen had everything we needed. We used the gas fireplace in the mornings and evenings, which added to the comfy atmosphere. One bathroom in this unit, but it was very spacious with a long vanity area. My husband, adult daughter and I managed the space well. My only suggestion is I wish there was an extra mirror in one of the bedrooms. The host gave us perfect instructions and was very responsive when I texted him a question. Parking...we used the handicap space to unload quickly, then parked across the street with a parking slip. Leaving, we were able to get parking early in the morning next to the building to load our SUV. As mentioned earlier this was a perfect location to base ourselves. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The riverwalk is right outside the door. There is a Safeway close by for groceries. Both entrances to RMP are not far, easy driving distance. We lucked out that there was an art festival going on in Estes Park on Memorial Day weekend. It was nice to walk around and see all of the lovely art work. Loved walking the riverwalk also. Many chances to sit on benches to rest and cool opportunities to play music bells along the way.

A perfect location in Estes , you cannot go wrong. Sitting on the second story balcony watching the river roll by was a great benefit for us. Elevator helped as well! Thank you so much for all the amenities, working gas fireplace! In the unit as well! We will be back, for sure

Location convenient with a price. The dumpster was emptied outside the bedrooms each morning at 6 to 6:30 am lasting up to 15 minutes of banging the dumpsters. Don’t plan on sleeping paste 6:30 am.The nearness to places to eat and have coffee was nice. No covered parking. Water was turned off (planned by city) but we were not informed by the owner. This was brief, but inconvenient.
