We are a residential resort located on Vero Beach's Barrier Island, approximately 400 feet from the ocean, boardwalk, and beach. Our residential cottage living units are custom designed to be our guest's home away from home. "A New England beach house in a Southern tropical climate." All of the cottages are equipped with premium appliances and high end furnishings to meet all the conveniences and expectations we take for granted at home. The Cottages has a private courtyard, pool, tables, chairs, and lounges for the exclusive use of our guests. These units are homes in a resort environment. It is our desire to make the Cottages the best that Vero Beach has to offer in residential accommodations.
We have 5 residential units available here at the Cottages resort. Our units include:

The Nicholas Unit-- 2 bedroom (1,084 sq. ft)

Our stay at The Cottages has been first class! The property was a perfect fit, be it the beautifully appointed unit or the attention to detail. Everything one needs for a perfect "home away from home" is right here. The owner/property mgr. team made certain we were made to feel at home, and they were immediately available for any questions, and had great recommendations for the Vero Beach area. Ocean Boulevard, which is at the top of the street, leads you directly to the charming shops and restaurants, which is an easy walk or 3 minute car ride away. The Ocean Grill is a local institution that should not be missed for the great seafood and one of a kind ambience. Most impressive, though, is the ocean itself, which is just 200 or so steps from the door and you have the added security of a life guarded beach! We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and have already recommended this property to friends.
