About this villa rental
One of the most popular luxury properties on another platform is now on HomeAway/VRBO!
Luxury, tranquility and stunning natural beauty await you at this impressive villa overlooking its own private cove. Enjoy a refreshing swim after steaming in the sauna, explore the lake with the 5 paddle boards and kayaks provided, hike the paths around the house and enjoy artisanal pizzas you make yourself in the wood-burning oven.
The uniquely designed Villa Patziac, sitting on 6 lush acres, has a bright and airy beach-vibe, with jaw-dropping views of the lake and its 3 volcanoes and dramatic exposed rock-cliff walls throughout the home. The house features 3 bedrooms, a loft, a den/flex bedroom (8-9 beds total), 4 full bathrooms plus an outdoor soaking tub and shower, a spacious living area with fire place, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table seating up to 14, an outdoor dining area with gas grill, a separate charcoal grill, a wood-burning pizza oven and wood burning sauna for you to enjoy. The extensive gardens are filled with tropical plants and fruits including citrus, avocado, mango and guava for you pick and eat fresh off the trees.
We do our best to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience of the lake and Guatemala. We will arrange your private land and boat transport to the house (additional charge) as well as lake tours and special excursions (ask us for a list of suggested activities). You may request a private chef during your stay, and in-house massages and yoga classes are also available. Maid service is included every-other-day during your stay (more frequent service can be arranged upon request).

This property far exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown in the listing are great, but the in person view is so much better. The entire property is wonderful. The house staff was amazing, Erynne was phenomenal to work with. She set up transportation both via van and boat for us (which both were first class). Raquel and Maria cooked amazing meals for us, and were so friendly. Guillermo helped with the wood fired pizza oven and the wood fired sauna and made sure every need was met. The paddle boards and kayaks were so fun to use. The lake itself is something out of a story book. The house was clean, spacious, and had an amazing layout. The beds were comfortable, and there was so much room to spread out and relax. This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed at, and we plan to come back. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Honestly I don’t leave reviews very often for places. But this was just such a good experience overall I needed to. We did not eat one bad meal while staying. The ladies that cooked for on property were amazing! If I had any concerns I was able to get quick responses from the owner. House was just beautiful overall.
