About this apartment rental
Modern home in established neighborhood of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Designed by Dwell featured architect, the house was constructed with green materials and techniques, including solar electric power and radiant floor heat.
Although this space is a connected to the main house, it has an exterior entrance with views of the mountains and double insulation between the rooms, for extra peace and quiet.
The space is available for short term stays less than 30 days. When requesting your booking could you please let us know a little about yourself and your visit to Boulder. This helps us to ensure the safety and comfort of all.
2-3 GUESTS
The space is best for one or two people, but can accommodate three (especially if the 3rd person is a child). The space is 450 square feet, with an open floor plan, very spacious with nine foot vaulted ceilings, tons of light, wet bar, and a plenty of space for storage.
1 QUEEN BED + SINGLE BED SOFA SLEEPER
The Danish made bed (brand name Innovation) has a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. A loveseat sofa/sleeper pulls out to an additional single bed.
FULL BATHROOM
Full bath includes adjustable/detachable shower head, bathtub, fan, and heated concrete floors.
NEARBY
Just a few blocks away from trail heads, one can spend the whole day hiking. Located along bike paths with access to all of Boulder. Great mountain biking and road biking close-by. Perfect for those visiting University of Colorado, NCAR, NIST, and NOAA. Local skiing 45 minutes away, world class skiing a couple of hours away. IDEAL LOCATION.

The hosts were very welcoming and answered all my questions. (Even the dogs were happy and didn’t bark!) The property is clean, neat, and perfect for one or two people. The neighborhood is quiet but very close (8-10 min drive) to downtown Boulder. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, helpful hosts. Easy check-in and -out. Great proximity to U. of Colorado and downtown Boulder. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette had all we needed for morning breakfasts. If mobility is an issue, you do have to climb stairs to enter the apartment. Our only wish was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The bed felt like a futon. We slept well enough. But as adults in our 60s we woke feeling a bit achy in the morning. For younger adults the bed probably would not be an issue.

This apartment was perfect for our weekend trip to Boulder. The location is fantastic and gives you easy access to many dining, shopping, and recreational activities. The hosts were welcoming, communicative, and accommodating. The unit was extremely clean and well-appointed, and the hosts added a few personal touches that really made it feel like they were invested in our stay. The hosts provided extensive information about the unit as well as shops, restaurants, and area attractions. A larger refrigerator would be a nice addition - particularly something with a functional freezer - but we were able to make things work for our stay.
