Simply, clean, good Location for reaching easily various skiareals. Helpful staff Who promtly resolved the lack of bed Linen and cutlery. Pleasant temperature in the Appartement.

The quality of bedding, 4 of them were from unpleasant polyester material. The Appartement no. 10 could be also for 6 person, we were 2 adults and 4 teenagers. There is 1 bedroom for two, 1 bedroom for three, and unpleasant sofa in the kitchen for one. We asked for extra matrace layed on the floor.We got that. One bedroom is situated to the railways.. Trains start About 5am,teenagers didn't complained about that, I would probably do .. You can easily hear the noise from the bellow Appartement.

It's always great when hosts can accommodate guests' late arrival: we received a code to unlock a box and retrieve the key to the apartment. The host communicated well. Though we stayed only for one night, we wished we had more time to explore the area: the host left a guide with information about activities in Radstadt and nearby. Very lovely mountain views out of the windows.

The request for city tax to be paid in cash was a bit difficult for me. As a UK resident, I'd avoided paying for items in cash and used cards throughout my travels so a request to pay €4 for city tax in cash created an issue for me. The nearest ATM was miles away and I believe the fees wouldn't make cash withdrawal worthwhile. In the end the host accepted the payment in pounds which resolved the issue but it could have been a nightmare if we had no pounds in cash either.

Was quit big apartment with self checkin possibility, so everything was quit fast. Wifi was quit good. And the beds were very comfortable.

I really didn’t like the location. I booked apartment in the mountains so expected nice views, but it was covered with some buildings and stores( so don’t expect nice view from the balcony). Additionally there where smelling outside, But I guess that is usual for the villages where people have cows and other domestic animals. And there is train rails next to apartment so sometimes you can expect trains driving.

The heating in the accommodation was great. Parking without a problem.
