Full finished basement with recreation/tv area and full bath. Outside, enjoy the private dining/lounging areas, wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen overlooking the heated gunite pool with spa. This is a gorgeous home with 5 beautiful and spacious bedrooms. The bedroom suite off the kitchen is wonderful for privacy for guests and also very spacious. The home is beautifully decorated and every inch of it is extremely clean. We cooked a lot in the well equipt kitchen and spent wonderful times under the canopy on the back patio having bbqs. The back yard is beautifully maintained with flowers and greenery. The pool was also very clean and quite pretty. The home is a perfect walk to the charming downtown and beach. The town pool was also fun for kids. We highly recommend this rental property as it was perfect for our family. This was our second year renting it.

August, 2015--A terrific house for the whole family! Well maintained and spotless. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful pool & deck/patio furniture & gas grill all made for easy, outdoor living, fun, and socializing. Fence between pool area and backyard lawn made things very convenient and safe for toddlers to play in the yard when not swimming. The pristine beach is an easy walk from the house, and the beautiful town of Spring Lake is a few blocks away too. Excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping line the town's Main Street. The homeowners were a pleasure to work with, and all of our questions were handled professionally and immediately in advance of our stay. This is a great rental property that we'd recommend (and already have!) without hesitation, and intend to book a future stay there next summer!

This immaculate home provided a wonderful experience for my family. The home was very family friendly, the kids swam in the sparkling pool for hours and we all hung out on the lovely outdoor porch. The house was situated in an ideal location for a short walk to town and to the beach. The little town was so charming and full of interesting shops. Walking along the beach boardwalk was a distinct pleasure. We highly recommend this special home which filled our needs when children were there with us and when it was just adults. We would definitely like to return there next summer.
