About this house rental
Renovated to the studs in 2015, this home is a full time short-term rental perfect for a stay for everything Notre Dame. Very clean and ready for a worry free stay. Beautiful covered front porch and large living space to go along with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 1 full), 2.5 baths, and a covered garage with driveway. Park the car and walk a quarter mile to the front gates of the University of Notre Dame. New Weber grill. 65 inch 4K TV with a sports package for all the college games and NFL Sunday Ticket. All brand new or gently used furniture. House has everything you need ready for your stay. Park the car and enjoy!

If you're doing something at ND, this is a great place. Communication with the owner was great thru-out the process, and the place was spotless, in very good condition, and well stocked. It's a quick walk to campus or to the Eddy St. area. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We rented Kyle’s lovely, remarkably well stocked home, for my sons wedding at Notre Dame’s beautiful basilica. This house was the perfect fit for our family and all we needed to supply was the food.
We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again. We have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so. We had a plumbing issue which Kyle and his property manager dealt with promptly. Overall I would highly recommend this home.

The location is a great walking distance to campus and Eddy St. The front porch is the show stopper. We had such a great time relaxing outside. Thank you for this wonderful property where we will look to stay any time we are in town!
