I liked authenticity and solitude. Fast internet, table for work, washing machine, TV. Amazing location, near the center but inside the secluded inner yard.
I was there at winter, and the floor was ice-cold. However, the heater keeps the room warm. The shower is tiny and inconvenient.

The appartment offers complete privacy and most commodities you need, including telephone, wifi, refrigerator and washing machine. You have everything you need to prepare your own breakfast or dinner. The owner very helpful whenever you need. No need to say, the location is excellent. For the money, this is a great choice.
The lavatory in the bathroom is too small.

Host was on time at the meeting point, tried his best to communicate with us, even though we didn't speak russian.
When we arrived the room was super cold. Took almost 5 hours to heat the room with a small portable heater. Bedding seemed to be used by guests before and over all the room seemed not to be cleaned before we arrived. Maybe because we booked just one day before arriving, but for me the place was definitely too dirty!
