Everything, except ticket price.
Huge price for pool tickets in T3000. Maybe the owner will offer reduced tickets or even include them in a price. Some neighbor tourists got apartment cheaper with swimming pool tickets included.

Good location for exploring Pomurje and Goričko, for active holidays. Nice apartment, kind and helpful owner.
Peaceful area through all day and night.
Many options for hiking, cycling, food degustation and purchase of quality local products.
When combining a price of apartment and price of daily ticket for water park and pools in Terme 3000 it is very expensive (daily ticket for 2 adults =2 kids is approx 48 eur, 10% discount that we got in TIC Moravske Toplice is included). Ticket for pools practically doubles the price of holiday. So if possible try to find tickets in advance at reduced rate (we didn't).
Apparmtent: In kitchen a backing oven would be great improvement, even a small one (called mini oven) : for pizzas, cakes,...
