O atendimento é excelente! Fomos muito bem recepcionados na chegada e tudo que precisávamos de informação nos foi dado. O quarto é novinho, limpo e as roupas de cama muito boas. A pousadinha é bem charmosa e muito bem cuidada. A localização é boa, apenas uns 10 minutos da praça principal e bem tranquilo para ir e vir até a noite.

A vovó até nos pediu uma opinião e informamos que o bojo da pia é muito pequeno mas nada que seja muito ruim, apenas fica muito molhado ao usar. Sei que não oferecem café, mas gostaria de sugerir uma opção de café na cestinha nos quartos, uma fruta, café , pão e frios já seria muito bom.

Atendimento nota 10. Pousada bem cuidada, quartos novos, limpos e muito aconchegantes. Estávamos em um grupo de 3 casais e fomos muito bem recebidos e tudo que precisamos fomos auxiliados.

Gostaríamos de sugerir um café da manhã no quarto. Uma cestinha com o básico já seria perfeito, mas é mesmo só uma sugestão.

O quarto é bem confortável. Apesar do frio, pois não tem aquecedor nem ar-condicionado que esquente. Tem excelentes edredons e roupa de cama muito boa. Todo novinho. A localização também é muito boa . A proprietária é muita simpática e atenciosa.

A proprietária tem de definir como vai "vender" a sua hospedagem. Não é hotel, pois não tem café da manhã nem limpeza do quarto e troca de roupa de cama e banho. Pelo menos toalhas. Não pode ser como apartamento, pois não tem nenhuma estrutura de cozinha (micro-ondas, louça, talheres) e nem de limpeza se o cliente quiser fazer uma limpeza básica no quarto. Pra quem vai passar uma ou duas noites, não faz falta. Mas para quem, como eu e minha familia, passamos três dias em dois apartamentos esses itens fazem falta. Pois, por exemplo, as toalhas não secam por conta do frio e da umidade, aí vc tem de se enxugar com toalhas úmidas demais. É razoável poder fazer uma limpeza no banheiro dia sim, dia pelo menos. E não foi disponibilizado nenhum material de limpeza pra isso.

O quarto é bem espaço. A cama tem colchão bom e a roupa de cama e toalhas são cheirosas

O quarto n. 5 havia um cheiro estranho, mistura de umidade e esgoto mal construído; nem o odorizador deixado no banheiro dava jeito. A tv estava queimada e os ruídos dos outros quartos pareciam estar dentro do nosso. Talvez apenas por azar... Havia uma pessoa vomitando em um dos quartos e grupo que chegava e saia fazendo algazarra e acordando a todos.

Fiquei hospedada em maio. O quarto é bastante confortável, a cama maravilhosa! Lugar tranquilo, a noite de sono foi muito boa. É bem fácil de chegar a pé ao centro histórico de Tiradentes, mais ou menos 1km. Dona Elza foi muito simpática, me deu várias dicas sobre a cidade! O quarto tem frigobar e tv que funcionam muito bem. Edredom esquentou bem para a época que estava em média chegando até 8° de madrugada. Chuveiro também esquentou bem. Muito boa a hospedagem! Recomendo muito!

A bancada do banheiro tem um tamanho e posição de cuba inadequadas, acaba molhando sempre que usamos a pia e a água escorre da bancada molhando o chão. Poderia ajustar a posição da cuba mais para trás para evitar isso.

Lauschige Unterkunft im Garten

Kommunikation über Booking lief im Vorfeld sehr gut. Bei meiner späten Ankunft war alles bestens vorbereitet, ich kam problemlos ins Zimmer. Hübsches Kolonialgebäude mit liebevoll gehegtem Garten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins quirlige Zentrum. Geräumiges Zimmer mit neuer Einrichtung und Kühlschrank, schönes Bad mit heißer Dusche.

Schade, dass es kein Frühstück oder Möglichkeit gibt, sich Getränke zuzubereiten. Bei meiner Abreise war kein Personal da, mein Taxi zum Busbahnhof im Nachbarort habe ich mit Hilfe einer englischsprachigen Zimmernachbarin organisiert.

Quando chegamos não foi claro que não haveria limpeza do quarto. Apenas nos disseram que se precisasse de algo era para pedir. Não imaginei que precisaria pedir para limpar o quarto, trocar toalhas e até retirar o lixo do banheiro. Se não pedir, eles não fazem nada disso . Nem a cama eles arrumam.
