Traumhafter, großer Balkon mit Blick über die Bucht (Morgensonne, also Ost-Ausrichtung), Beschattung möglich. Sitzgelegenheiten ebenfalls vorhanden. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, ausreichend Stauraum. Riesiger Kühlschrank. 4 Schlafplätze. Grundausstattung der Küche, u.a. mit ausreichend Geschirr. Heißwasser auch über Boiler (wenn mal wenig Sonne scheint - so wie bei uns). Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern.
Mückenschutz vorhanden.
Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand/in den Ort - allerdings sehr steil. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich.
Unkomplizierte, freundliche Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise.
Alles doch schon etwas betagt. Die Klimaanlagen taten sich schwer, die ausgekühlte Wohnung warm zu bekommen und zu halten. Wenigstens gab es viele Decken. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (Herd, Geschirr, Küche allgemein).
W-Lan eher "basic" (16/1). Trotz Aufzug nicht barrierefrei (etliche Treppen um erst in die Anlage zu kommen).
Ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer wäre schön (so sitzt man zum TV schauen auf dem 4. Bett, das man sich halt auspolstern kann). Einige Stühle am Esstisch wackelig.

Το ταξίδι έγινε χειμώνα η θέρμανση ήταν ικανοποιητική πολύ καθαρό πολύ άνετο τα κρεβάτια ικανοποιητικά η θέα τρομερή με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι που διαθέτει και ράντζο για το καλοκαίρι έχει σούπερ μάρκετ στα 100 μέτρα όπως και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλό φαΐ πολύ ήσυχο ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξυπηρετικός και διαθέσιμος όλες τις ώρες!!
Καλή χρονιά σε όλους χαρούμενο 2026 !!!

The location is very easy to access and parking is adjacent to the apartment, walking distance to town and the beach. The apartment is new, nicely equipped and quiet. The host met us at the unit with the keys, explained how things worked and the self check out process. Nice accommodations, highly recommend and would use it again.
Everything was good with the apartment, however it was a bit chilly and the available heater was not able get the temperature to a comfortable level.
