Piękne widoki, cisza, spokój. Serdeczni i pomocni gospodarze. Duża przestrzeń wspólna na każdą pogodę, przydatna zwłaszcza przy wypoczynku ze znajomymi.
Słaby, niestabilny internet. Dojazd do posesji szutrową drogą, ale na to właściciele niestety nie mają wpływu
