Poor soundproofing. We woke up at 4am every morning because of the noise from the building next door.

Do yourself a favor. DON'T book.

Absolutely nothing. Left as soon as we got in.

Walls with water damage. Evident fungal problem that triggered asthma in my kids. Everything worn down and dirty. Awful communication with host. Host had no intention on resolution. Only out for a quick buck. He even threatened us of being prosecuted for defamation...the nerves... List goes on and on... Left as soon as we came in because of health issues. Imagine having to search for a place to stay at night. With 3 young kids and after a long travel. We reached to Booking.com that asked us to submit images, which we did. After trying to reach the host, they told us there is nothing they can do as the host already has the money and doesn't want any type of resolution. Shame on booking.com, allowing fake ratings and abusive hosts on their platform. They protect their real costumer that is the host, even if he abuses the system. Fact is, this appartment is still offered on booking.com although clearly problematic. We were offered a laughable 15% voucher on our next booking, although appartment clearly misrepresented on booking.com Will never book through booking.com ever again.

Pleasant

Location is great. There is parking and WiFi although the description says otherwise. Good communication with owner. The pool facilities are very good with a jacuzzi also available and lifeguard on duty. The apartment is a good size and nicely laid out. TV has good selection of channels.

No change of sheets or towels and property not cleaned for the week. Kitchen is not equiped with any cooking utensils. Showers do not have shower curtain so everything gets wet when showering. Only 5 towels, no hand towels. Sauna is not in the apartment but near the pool. Not enough toilet rolls to last the week.
