Great location. House fully equipped.
Check in process was pure hassle. Requiring extra id with only 2 weeks to go and then only 2 hrs before checkin finding out additional credit card info required …. Pure hassle and incompetency! Then arrive at house at prescribed check in time and had to phone agency lto get check In code to access key…. Way too much hassle!!!

Lots of space for all the family.
AC downstairs didn’t work when we arrived on a hot day. Staff responded eventually but could only provide limited assistance. We (my husband and I) reset the switch as instructed by staff and it initially worked but then the same error occurred the following morning. Lucky it wasn’t as hot and we could do without it. Downstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans or small plug in electronic ACs. No outdoor undercover area for dogs even though location is listed as pet friendly. It rained on several days and this was a problem. Old dog poo also in yard which we had to pick up before letting our animal in the yard.

Two garbage bags and ran out of washing detergent. Building construction next door wasn't ideal.
