our host was very attentive to all the requests and all the cases were resolved within 10-20 mins.
the sheets and towels we've been provided at the very beginning were not clean, we were provided clean ones upon request though the bed was not a double, at least for 2 adults :)

Overall, everything was great. The place was clean, and the beach was within walking distance, just as described in the listing.
The photos on Booking don’t fully match the reality. There is no proper air conditioning. Instead, there are ventilation units installed in the ceiling and some of the walls that work more like ordinary fans. They do not cool the room at all, and it was impossible to sleep at night because it was so hot and stuffy. There was also no toaster or coffee machine, even though both were listed in the property description.
