It has a very good location and well-equipped.
The owners were really kind. The terrace is nice.
The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and you can make your breakfast and coffe in the morning. If it is enough for you, and you don't stay there all day, then it's fine.
It was a little bit smelly, because it is a basement with high humidity. You get a parking card, but it is hard to find a parking space, because the apartment doesn't have own.

Large and fully equipped apartment. The surroundings is really nice and peaceful. The beach and the market are close. Even though we had to park on public parking space we got parking card without additional charge.
Owner didn't notify us that the apartment is unreachable with the car even though we talked over the phone. We had to park 200 m away from the apartment and carry all the luggage by hand. Owner offered help. He could at least offer some kind of transport cart or that you park close to the apartment, deliver things and then park on public parking.
