About this house rental

Bright 2 bedroom suite located just above the village on Sundance Drive in exclusive Sundance Estates. Prime ski-in/ski-out convenience with great access to the Sundance and Sunburst lifts and only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants in the village. This 2 bedroom suite is perfect for a family or two couples and is fully furnished and equipped to enable you to enjoy your vacation.

The suite is located on the lower level of an owner-occupied home in one of the most exclusive areas in Sun Peaks and has parking for one vehicle.

Stayed for the Family day long weekend. Clean and spacious suite, truly ski- in/ski-out, amazing attention to detail, I would not set up the property better than the owners actually did. Kudos to the owners! Highly recommended!

We just spent nearly a week staying in this lovely ski in ski out ski suite in Sun Peaks. Primo location in Sundance Estates and an easy walk to the village. The ski suite was warm, cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed including plenty of extra blankets & towels. The driveway was kept snowblowed with easy access and parking. The owner was very nice and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to be aware of is that this is a separate mother-in-law type of unit and so the owner’s family lives upstairs and so you definitely hear people walking around, using showers etc. But this was zero issue to us as a family of four (who inadvertently probably created plenty of our own noise!) but if you are someone with need for extreme quiet it’s something to think about. In sum, this is a wonderful place to stay and we were so grateful to be staying in part of a very beautiful home in a superb location! We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Sun Peaks.
