The backyard with pool is fantastic for families.
The chair cushions in the backyard could be replaced (just showing their age a bit)
The beds are a bit hard (found out at checkout, the maid forgot to put on the top soft mattress in the master bedroom).
If you have any issues, you should definitely check with Tony, he is very accommodating and had I asked about the bed after the first night, he’d have solve the issue 😃

Very cozy and spacious property. Having swimming pool and pool table was fun. Every night we enjoyed sitting next to the pool and talking through the whole night. Swimming pool area is well lit with colourful lights in the night. The host is extremely helpful and guided us the right way. I would strongly recommend this property if you are coming with friends or family. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and entertaining holiday.

Pool was clean and pleasant, there were workers there every morning to clean the pool. Totally value for money. I have stayed in at least 5 villas in Pattaya and would have to say that this villa triumphs as the one to beat. Will definitely be returning to this villa on my next trip to pattaya. The host was truly helpful in more ways than one, nice knowing u Mr Tony !
