About this apartment rental
Our condo is perfect for your family beach vacation with private beach access and a priceless view over the Gulf of Mexico. The building amenities include a beautiful pool and hot tub, Tiki Bar, shuffleboard, lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. The condo is located on the 9th floor accessible by elevator and has one assigned covered parking spot.
The condo is very well maintained. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed and daybed in the second bedroom. 1 bathtub/shower in the master bath with a walk in closet and a shower in the guest bath. TV’s are in each bedroom and living room with cable ( small bedroom has a fire stick only, no cable) and WiFi throughout. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors to walk out to the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We have bed linens, towels and beach towels for your convenience. The condo also has a washer and dryer. Walk to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to John’s Pass. Sorry pets are not allowed for visitors. No smoking. The condo owner’s association requires a minimum two week stay. Please reach out with any questions you may have, we will get back with you quickly.

Loved this condo! Besides the open, beautiful view, the condo was very nice. Had all we needed. Host excellcent. Condo was so nicely decorated. So clean, so fresh and very relaxing. Would highly recommend.Thanks Andrea and Jon.

While the pictures of the condo were lovely, the unit was even better in person. The size, comfort, comfy beds, really well stocked kitchen, and of course the view. Nice to have covered parking and the beach access couldn’t have been closer. Lots of restaurants, a Publix within about a mile, and easy access to surrounding towns like St. Pete’s, Pass-a-Grille and Tampa. Andrea, the host was so friendly, reachable and very helpful. We enjoyed our month stay so much, we've already booked another one.

The unit was comfortably furnished, clean and communication with the host was easy, though we did not need any assistance during our stay. I would highly recommend the unit, location & super hosts.

What a beautiful condo! It is clear the owners care that their guests enjoy their stay. The kitchen is well stocked. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. There was plenty of bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels. The condo was spotlessly clean as was the building and pool area. The balcony is huge and has plenty of seating. The owners have taken a lot of care in stocking everything. We didn’t need to buy paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent or trash bags. The private beach has plenty of room and the pool is big with lots of seating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We had a perfect stay!
