* Tiger Woods first Signature Course "El Cardonal" Private Course.
* Tiger Woods 12 Hole Par 3 Executive Course $25 per round
* Both 18 Hole courses can be played at $320 per round until October 2024 and then the fee increases to $500 per round. Free Drinks and Food while playing really help offset the cost. Most decent courses in Cabo run anywhere from $350 to $600 to play and most do not offer free drinks and food during play. Courses are amazing.
* Gated Community with 24 hour Security throughout the grounds. It is not needed, the entire area is very peaceful but sure does set the mind at ease :)

Large spacious house. Wonderful hot tub and sunset views. The pool was unusable as it was unheated. The driveway is so steep it’s dangerous, especially for us being over 80. The flies were ever present and annoying. There should be seating in the fountain courtyard as it’s out of the constant wind.

Our family and friends enjoyed this beautiful property, which had the technology and amenities that made us feel at home. However, we did have a persistent issue with hot water despite maintenance visits during the stay and we endured many cold showers even after we thought the problem was fixed. We “shopper hopped” each night to see which of the 5 showers had hot water. We each had only 1 hot shower each in 7 days. The owner was very responsive to requests.
Also, the unexpected security cameras in the common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, pool, jacuzzi) made some guests uncomfortable. Resort staff were very kind and courteous. Easy access to Lagoon (great lifeguards), golf, and fitness center.
