* A fabulous view from all windows over the La Defense district. * A good location. Walking distance to metro station (ca. 10 minutes), a lot of good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket located literally in the same building. * A decent strength of WiFI allowing for videocalls. * Cleanliness. * Good quality of beds. * Air conditioning. * Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooking plate, pans, kettle, etc.) + washing machine.

Nice city break

Nice apartment with a good view over la Defence (not over Paris), 10 min walk to the metro 1 with good connection to the city. Apartment is spacious enough for a few days stay, kitchen is well equipped. All clean. Convenient parking garage for a car, so you don’t need to worry about that.

It was hot during our stay and mobile conditioner was barely coping with it.

We spent 2 nights in the apartment and it was great. It is super comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay: clean, practical kitchen, good bed, parking place.. The connection to the city center is easy with a direct metro line and we did not mind at all the time it took (aprox. 30 minutes). The host is so helpful and answering very quickly to every question. We definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Best apartment ever!

Everything was perfect. One of the best experience through booking.com ever! This apartment did it all to make my visit to Paris happy and relaxing. Location is way better than the city centre; quiet, clean and very close to the metro line no. 1. Apartment is spacious, clean and the beds are so comfortable. We accidentally left a toilet bag and Alexis, the owner kindly shipped it back to the Netherlands. I cannot find any reason not to recommend this apartment! All my family (+my dog) loved staying at 24th. Love it!

Zentral mit Hammer Aussicht.

Sehr bequemes Bett inkl. Schlafsofa. Betten bezogen, Handtücher und Badetücher ausreichend vorhanden. Unterkunft gut ausgestattet mit allen Geräten. Eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Der Parkplatz war auf Anfrage inkl. ohne Aufpreis. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Bis zur U-Bahn-Station musste man ca. 12-15 min laufen, war aber ok. Mir fehlten nur große Kaffeetassen.

Φοβερό διαμέρισμα,σε τρομερή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο μετρό η οποία γραμμή σε πηγαίνει χωρίς καμία αλλαγή στα αξιοθέατα του Παρισιού Το διαμέρισμα έχει τα πάντα μέσα,με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και απίστευτη θέα. Η ησυχία της περιοχής είναι επίσης μεγάλο προνόμιο του διαμερίσματος, μακριά από την φασαρία του κέντρου. Έχει σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς από κάτω αλλά και πολύ καλά εστιατόρια.

The owner of the hotel provides excellent service and is always happy to assist visitors. If there’s anything you need and it’s within their ability, they’ll gladly help. If I come to Paris again, I would be more than happy to return here.

Parfait pour visiter Paris à moindre frais.

A dix minutes de marche du métro et pharmacie à 50m. Traiteur asiatique "Bonheur" à 5 minutes et aussi belle fromagerie, magasin de vins + supermarché bio au top.

Un peu compliqué pour trouver entrée parking malgré les indications envoyées par le proprio (il faut se rendre derrière l'immeuble en fait).

الاطلالة جميلة فقط لكن

الشقة غير نظيفة ويوجد بها رائحة كريهة جداً من الحمام تخرج تفوح في الشقة كلها رائحة بيارات وانتم بكرامة المجلى غير نظيف فيه رائحة زفرة، مواعين المطبخ غير نظيفة بها رائحة. واجهتني مشكلة في خروج السيارة من القراج مارضى يفتح وكانت عندي رحلة ولايوجد استجابة سريعة صاحب الشقة رد علي بعد ساعتين !! مساحة الموقف في القراج صغيرة جداً جنب الجدار وفي خلفك دولاب خشب اذا كنت غير محترف في سواقة السيارة بتواجه مشكلة في توقيفها

公寓有家的感觉，环境设施都很齐全，适合家庭出游。

如果是长住客人，需要自己准备洗护用品，包括毛巾也只有刚入住的一套。另外房间在入住期间没有打扫，可能会有一点落差的感觉，但其实也还好，不影响入住好感。
