Fantastic breakfast, some of which we saved for our lunches. We brought simple dinner foods and prepared our own meals. The deck overlooking birding activity was a highlight and the host was so much fun to talk with. Our cottage was very private, the location was quiet except for bird calls and howler monkeys, A birders delight!

It was a little chilly at night but we were prepared for that. Then we moved to the beach the next part of our trip and it was so HOT ;-)

Beautiful property with amazing birds all around. You don’t have to leave your patio to see them! The breakfast was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Elliote is super nice & helpful & we loved Brea❤️

The pineapple was soft and didn't seem fresh-had it been frozen? Fresh eggs, yoghurt, jam, cheese, granola were great. We like dark roast coffee and bought our own at the local supermarket.

The weather was unseasonably cold and rainy. The cottage is well-designed and equipped with a great deck that looks onto the garden and bird feeder. However it felt cold and damp -like our clothes were in the morning. A dehumidifier was provided on the 2nd day and made a big difference. The hot water wasn't very hot. The property is lovely with sloths, 3 species of toucan, bird feeder in our own yard, other birdlife, and a short walk to Heliconian Hanging Bridges next door. Very quiet and peaceful property.
