The overall accommodation for this price. Large apartment, good for two (young) people. American tourists will love it (except perhaps for the steep, albeit short, ladder that gives access to the apartment)
The lack of contact (except at the end, to pick up the luggage) with the host, everything had to be done vie cellphone. I am an (old) traveler, not a tourist, contact with local people is always nice. The continental breakfast was abundant, but all pre-packaged - no fresh bread, for instance.

I highly recommend this apartment! It was comfortable, very clean, and in a perfect location close to the Arena in Verona. The public transport connections from the airport were excellent and made everything very convenient. The owner was also incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
