Jaw dropping Gulf of Mexico views greet you the moment you step into the condo! The open floor plan and wrap-a-round balcony provide an unobstructed view throughout the living area. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating and tables for outdoor dining while you are experiencing the breathtaking views. A fun beachy decor provides a relaxing, happy atmosphere to the unit. The kitchen and baths have been recently updated. The kitchen is nicely equipped for all cooking needs. The living room is furnished with a comfy custom Italian leather sleeper sofa sectional and a leather reclining chair! Add the Smart Internet TV with an abundance of channels and this amazing property provides the perfect vacation!
The primary bedroom suite offers unobstructed gulfs view from king size pillowtop bed. There is direct access to the wrap-around balcony through large sliding doors. There is a large closet, TV and private bath. The second bedroom is a very spacious room with a large closet and furnished with two queen size beds and Smart TV. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bath. This bath is also accessible from the living area. A very unique feature of this condo is the second bedroom has a separate, front facing furnished private balcony with expansive views of the lagoon and marina district!
LOCATION -LOCATION -LOCATION! Located on the quiet, eastern end of Thomas Drive in PCB where you will be just minutes away from the marina district, including two of PCB's finest restaurants- Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin. You are also steps away from the famous Schooners- the "last local beach club" which sits directly on the gulf with casual open-air dining and entertainment. Beckoning your inner explorer, the attractions of St Andrew's State Park and Shell Island are also accessed from the east end of PCB. All boating attractions in PCB, deep sea fishing, rentals and excursions are located nearby. In general, the major shopping options ( Publix, and Winn-Dixie, etc.) at this end of the PCB are significantly less crowded than their counterparts further west.
PROPERTY AMENITIES: Free high-speed internet is provided. Tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts are all available on the building's outdoor sport decks. Overlooking the beach on the gulf side of the building, there is a large family pool (heated during cooler months), kiddie pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the pool there is a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks (open seasonally). The pool deck itself is furnished with loungers and tables for guest use. For your enjoyment, there is a nicely appointed fitness room on the second floor.
Please note: This condo is thoroughly cleaned after each guest stay with anti-bacterial cleaning products that kill 99.9% of germs.

The pictures are deceiving, it doesn't show that you can look right into your neighbors condo from inside the condo and vice versa . There are no window coverings in the living room for privacy at night.
You can hear the upstairs neighbors. The king size bed is literally 3 feet off the ground. Some utensils were still dirty and put in with all the clean ones. Dont plan on cooking, there were only frying pans, no pizza or baking dishes. Not enough parking, if you dont get there early in the day you have to park across the street. It is not reserved parking or covered. Covered parking is for residents only, nor guest.
The sofa sleeper is a joke, it is literally a 3" mattress with no sheets for it. My daughter just slept on the couch.
The balcony has good views but you will have the neighbors looking at you through their windows. The front balcony is offset back so you can not see all the way down the beach, just what is in front of you.
There was construction going on right next door, the balcony was loud with hammering and air tools constantly going off all day.
The ad also does not tell you they want you to do 80% of the cleaning, but you are still charged a full price cleaning fee.
There are glass walls in the LR and master bedroom if you have little ones who like to touch you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. It felt really small and we had 6 of us. It is definitely not 1400 sf of room.
