Ausstattung ist okay (Sofa hat die gute Zeit hinter sich gelassen) und sicher für die meisten ausreichend,
beim Kochgeschirr haben wir uns eine Pfanne gekauft, weil die vorhandene nicht mehr in Ordnung war, generell muss die Küche (Möbel) wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden, aber es ist alles sauber und gut sortiert, Spülmaschine ist vorhanden, dass ist perfekt. Was leider fehlt, ist ein Internetzugang. Der Stahlbeton schirmt das Mobilfunknetz als Alternative gut ab. Da sollte man dringend handeln. Wem das wichtig ist, sollte nach einer Alternative suchen. Für Eltern, die mit Kindern unterwegs sind, es gibt keine Waschmaschine, dass könnte wichtig sein. Wir hatten in Zingst und Prerow schon Ferienwohnungen mit Waschmaschinen. Einen Ostseeblick hat man eigentlich erst im 2. OG. Da sollte man bei der Buchung darauf achten. Unabhängig davon ist man in 3 Minuten am Strand und zumindest in der Vorsession ist es erträglich ruhig.

Schön eingerichtet und geräumig, man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Objekt liegt direkt hinterm Deich, bis zur Ostsee sind es nur wenige Schritte, besser geht nicht! Bis zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt sind es ca. 10min Fußweg.
Für den Preis war die Wohnung angemessen OK.
