Unexpected, best rental home ever!

I have been to hundreds of holiday rentals, but this property has everything and is an immediate get-away on top level. The house has all features and equipment you need, the location is remote, right in the nature but still quick to reach from Helmond or Eindhoven. The owners are super friendly, helpful and flexibel! We will come again

Outstanding house

We stayed for our honeymoon weekend. Cozy house: large and comfortable bed, interesting window in the roof, atmospheric lights, beautiful bathroom - large bathtub for 2, nice shower, warm floor. A rich breakfast was waiting un the fridge and in the cabinets you could find every dish. Green area with nice animals that are friends. Amazing hosts! Thank you very much we will recommend!

We've had a wonderful few days at "Onder het dak van Brabant"

A fantastic villa that has everything: warmth, cosy furniture, space, comfort, nice modern kitchen and bathroom, privacy, breakfast ready the first morning, TV, internet, beautifully situated in the countryside and for such a reasonable price. Sweet family that own the B&B welcoming us. We had a perfect long weekend in December here. Would recommend this accommodation to others anytime.

A little bit cold in the upper bedroom on the attic. But we stayed there in a cold period in december, you know😉.

Excellent!

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and anything you need they will help. The cabin was bigger than I thought from the pictures, very clean and well designed, great privacy and views. We have had some memorable evenings there while bbq-ing and we will definitely come back! Thank you Rianne en Harm it was wonderful!

Nothing! Just as a small note for longer staying guests it would have been nice if there was a washing machine but I understand the cabin is just too small, maybe it could be something which can be offered from the other side where they have a bed and breakfast. Also I would remove the desk like shelf in the wardrobe/ or make it lower, as the clothes which are hanging were in our case a bit too long and therefor touching the shelf, especially with summer dresses :-) This means you can also not use the shelf properly for clothes you do not need to hang

Superb

Host was available at moment of arrival and handed over the keys in person. The property is great for a group (Max 4 people) with a dog. The property is luxurious and cozy with a great kitchen and bathroom. We booked this property to have a week of rest and nature and it was a great success!

Gastvrij, zeer comfortabel en heerlijk rustig tussen de bomen met weids uitzicht

Het huisje zelf is erg leuk en origineel, leuk bedacht zo op palen!

Er is een airco unit die het huis in de winter warm houdt, maar door een sensor gaat ie uit als de deur geopend is geweest. In dit koude weekend koelde het rap af en iedere keer weer even stoeien met de knopjes om de airco weer aan de praat te krijgen. Maar dat is dan ook het enige dat we aan te merken hebben, verder alles prima verzorgd!

Fan-tas-tisch.

Rianne is een fantastische host, je voelt je meteen welkom en ze denkt geweldig mee. De boomhut is super en overal is aan gedacht. Fijne sfeer, heerlijke badkamer, goed bed, super uitzicht, genoeg privacy, fijne parkeerplek, goede tv en heel veel tips voor de omgeving. Echt top!

Een bankje ipv de stoelen was nóg beter geweest.

Superhuisje met veel ruimte en sfeer

Echt een superfijn huisje, veel ruimte, van alle gemakken voorzien, gezellig ingericht, luxe, aardige eigenaars, douche met veel waterdruk waardoor het heerlijk douchet.

De bedden op de 1e verdiepingen vond ik iets minder (vrij zacht), maar dat is ook persoonlijk.

Heerlijk verblijf

Hele lieve eigenaars, ze waren met ons flexibel met de uitchecktijd. Eerste ontbijtje ligt klaar in de koelkast. Het huisje is heerlijk, fijne ruimtes en een heerlijke badkamer. En de omheinde tuin met grasveld was geweldig, onze hond genoot daar enorm van.

Heel klein minpuntje (want zeker een fantastisch verblijf!) is dat er niet direct vanaf het huisje mooie wandelroutes zijn als je een hond hebt. Dan moet je toch even de auto pakken. Verder is het ook geen plek met volledige stilte (wind, vogeltjes), aangezien het huisje (en ook nog een studio) op het terrein van de eigenaars ligt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rianne und Harm sind wunderbare und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sogar ein erstes Frühstück war schon im Kühlschrank, damit man sich am ersten Tag nicht gleich ums einkaufen kümmern muss. Das Haus ist zugleich geschmackvoll und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig und am Rand der Eindhoveners Zoo und dem Golfplatz gelegen. Morgens wird man vom Nachbarsesel geweckt und auch die Tiere des Zoos kann man manchmal hören. Der große Garten ist für Kinder sehr gut geeignet

Rustig en mooi boomhuisje

Super mooi huisje dat zeer proper is. Alles voorzien. Badkamer met heel groot bad en vloerverwarming, heel ruim bed, keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel rustig gelegen met een rustgevend uitzicht op de golf en diertjes. Super aangename, vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Eine sehr moderne und gleichzeitig gemütliche Ausstattung. Darüberhinaus unheimlich nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Toll war auch, dass man keine Bettwäsche oder Handtücher mitbringen musste und dass gleich für das erste Frühstück gesorgt war.

Eigenlijk was alles helemaal goed. Enige minpuntje vonden wij de dekbedovertrekken, het was een beetje stug en dat lag niet zo lekker.
