A cosy new snug has also been added, providing the perfect retreat to curl up with a book, enjoy a morning coffee, or simply sit and watch the local fishing boats and ever-changing sea life passing through the bay.
Sleeping up to 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, this luxury beachfront holiday home has been designed for unforgettable family holidays, special celebrations and memorable gatherings with friends. Two of the bedrooms enjoy breathtaking sea views, while the spacious open-plan living areas provide the perfect setting for spending quality time together.
At the heart of the home is the stunning kitchen and dining space, where large sliding doors open onto the terrace, allowing the outside in. Enjoy long lazy breakfasts overlooking the beach, seafood feasts cooked on the Big Green Egg barbecue, or sunset dinners accompanied by the sound of the ocean.
Outside, The Beach House truly comes into its own. Spend your days watching surfers carve through the waves from the comfort of the terrace, before sinking into the hot tub overlooking the beach with a glass of something special in hand. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit beneath a canopy of stars and enjoy one of Cornwall's most magical settings.

Back to reality with a manic first week since our October half term break, we definitely realised how much the Beach House at Smugglers Cove was such the perfect place to get away to enjoy a much needed change of pace and scenery. Beach House was perfectly located and set up with great access to the beach, scenic walks and amazing views. The house was more than comfortable for two families, with the different living areas and gated deck/lawn areas making for a very family- and dog- friendly property. It was also fully equipped with all the amenities and necessities - both in and outside - needed to make our stay easy, entertaining and relaxing. We love to cook so self catered for most of our stay and then treated ourselves one evening to a delicious meal by Cornwall Chef Dave Sargent. The house offered so much to everyone in our group, and even better to each in their own time. Charlotte was an excellent host... welcoming with her pre-arrival info pack and surprise hamper and doggie treats, professional with her quick responses and lovely nature. Thank you Charlotte for our great holiday and wonderful stay your Beach House!

Perfect location tucked away but on the beach
Beautiful home, clean and modern with all the amenities you'll ever need. Perfect for a romantic getaway to watch the sea and sun right from the bedroom or kitchen no matter what the weather.
The hot tub was located overlooking the beach where we relaxed for hours .
No complaints. Just a word of caution about the very narrow lane to get to the house.
We will be back and can't wait !!

Beach House is an amazing property, with everything you would want for a holiday by the sea. Charlotte and Joey have thought of everything with stylish interiors and fabulous garden leading down to the beach. From the moment you open the front door you are blown away by this property. The views of the beach and sea are sensational and the landscape changes every day. Charlotte was really helpful and responsive and no question or hiccup was an issue. If you are looking for an out of this world experience in the UK then Beach House is for you.
