Well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and various activities located just approx. 200 metres from the shore. The large house with room for 26 people is very spacious and well-appointed and built around 3 separate bedroom sections. Each section has its own bathroom and there is furthermore an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. In the activity room you have plenty of space for various games. There is table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. You will find TVs in more sections as well as PlayStation4 and DVD player. In the large pool area you will find the 18 m2 large pool, slide, counter-current system, large built-in whirlpool and a sauna for 4-6 people. In the big kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including 2 cookers, 2 ovens, 2 dish washers and a large fridge-freezer. Outdoor you will find a sink and faucet for cleaning the freshly-caught fish. The house is located close to good fishing-waters. The house is located near Kongshøj Camping (camp site) in scenic settings with good hiking trails and views over the Great Belt. There is also a forest only for dogs. When renting this house you have free admittance to the facilities at the camp site including various pets, miniature golf, large playground, badminton area and more. You can order fresh bread from the kiosk. The camp site also has huts and tent areas if you are more people travelling together. There is a football field close to the house. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
