The TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (2 + 2) is located in Porto San Giorgio NORD in via Delle Regioni N. 2G (crossroad of via Marche, near BAR MIRO ') as the crow flies just 80 meters. from the SEA, on foot in 6 minutes you are on the beach.
The rent from the month of JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER of each year is fortnightly or monthly: ARRIVAL 01 - DEPARTURE 16 / ARRIVAL 16 - DEPARTURE 30/31 - or 01-DEPARTURE 30/31.
It is composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (pots, cutlery, crockery and everything needed for the kitchen), double sofa bed (18 cm mattress), TV, table, chairs and sideboard, with a sliding door it accesses the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with TV and a large bathroom with shower box, SEA view terrace with electric curtain, table and chairs. All French doors open onto the terrace. The two-room apartment is equipped with: Air conditioning, heating and independent entrance, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with drawers, fan oven and microwave, cotton, wool, plaid blankets, mattress and pillows underwear, plastic tablecloths, NO bed linen and bathroom.
Upon request we provide bed linen and towels for € 10.00 per person and for each change.
The apartment is located on the 1st of a building of only 2 floors with lift, in a residential area equipped with all services such as supermarket, parapharmacies, fish shop, newsagent, shop for children, bicycle shop with the possibility of renting and a beautiful and excellent BAR, etc. Furthermore, the building is bordered by a municipal relaxation area with a large playground. It is as the crow flies just 80 meters from the SEA, beach and promenade of about 9 Km. With free beaches and many bathing establishments with restaurants. The beach is of fine sand and the sea bottom is low, very suitable for children and for walks on the shoreline.

anche quest'anno sono tornata a Porto San Giorgio dove mio figlio ha tutti gli amici. E' come tornare a casa. Quest'anno sono stata bene, la casa è piccola ma molto rifinita , con ogni confort, bella la zona, spero di tornare il prossimo anno.
