This newly decorated beach cottage unit is located in a trendy historic district that is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, yoga, and spas. It is a well- priced hotel alternative. The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. The apartment is charming, with a beautiful garden. I cooked many simple meals in the kitchenette during my stay. Communication was great. I would definitely stay again.
