THE APARTMENT:
•A beautifully decorated apartment
•Beautiful views of the pool and beach from the balcony and all rooms
•Only meters away from the pool and beach
•2 bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with 2 full beds) with ensuite bathrooms
•3 flat-screen TVs (2 with Chromecast Ultra and 1 with Amazon Fire TV Cube)
•WIFI
•AC, fans, washer, dryer, and modern kitchen with large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Please include all your guests in the booking (maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants). Day/overnight visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted (see house rules for details).

Note on use of washer/dryer
• If you stay longer than 5 days we offer you to use the washer/dryer in the apartment (we use the 5-day rule because electricity on the island is very expensive and the washer/dryer uses a lot of it and we want to keep the nightly rate low for our guests). Of course, if you have a big load or urgently need to wash, just ask our housekeeper Judy and she’ll be happy to accommodate. For the same reasons, we would be grateful if you could limit laundry to 2 loads a week. To ensure the longevity of the appliances, we ask that you do not operate the washer/dryer yourself. Judy will be more than happy to do it for you!

One more note, the apartment is located in the Caribbean which is known to experience common foreseeable weather events from time to time, such as rainy seasons, tropical storms and, sometimes, hurricanes. As a result, there is a potential for flooding in the area, including the resort and its facilities.

Having said that, hurricanes and strong tropical storms in the Samana Peninsula/Las Terrenas, where the apartment is located, are very rare, and much lower in frequency and intensity compared to Puerto Rico, Florida, Jamaica, the Bahamas etc.
