About this house rental
Come enjoy your vacation in our home on Sokokis Lake. Dog friendly and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect places for a family getaway.
There are three bedrooms- the main floor bedroom has a queen bed, and each of the two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds (one of the upstairs bedrooms also has a twin bed). In between the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a common area that has an additional twin bed, futon, and chair/end table.
The bathroom on the main floor has a washer/dryer and shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. Sheets and towels are provided.
Additional amenities include: a large deck with gas grill, beautiful full kitchen (with a gorgeous view of the lake), and an open concept dining room/living room with large TV.
Air conditioning, internet and cable are all included. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and basic food items. Paper towels and toilet paper will be stocked for your convenience.
Outside, enjoy the large deck with grill and deck furniture. There is a gently sloping grassy yard (with firepit) that leads to the lake, where you will find a dock and steps leading into the water. (See included pictures).
A rowboat and a paddle boat are available for use (and life jackets). You can also bring your own boat, kayaks, canoes, etc. Please no jet skis. There is a public boat launch just across the way. Bass fishing is also a big draw to Sokokis Lake- bring your rods!
Our location in Limerick is just 45 minutes from outlet shopping in North Conway, NH and 45 from Portland, ME. Ocean beaches are between 45-55 minutes away.
Limerick offers the small town feel with a few restaurants, a small grocery store, ice cream/donut shop, and pizza all within just a couple of miles.

We would absolutely recommend staying at this wonderful lakeside, pet friendly property for your next getaway. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally well looked after, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a seamless week-long stay. Its ideal location made our trip both convenient and easy to access, keeping us close to all the local essentials (highly recommend Doughboy donuts, XOTA and AUX breweries and Sokokis Snack Shack). Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, as they replied quickly and provided crystal-clear instructions. Thanks to their hospitality, the entire check-in process and our overall stay went incredibly smoothly throughout.

This was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals that we have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The home had everything that we needed during our stay. Special thanks to Julie for the delicious jug of locally made maple syrup which was perfect for our pancake breakfasts! Limerick is a small little town but within an easy drive to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Old Orchard Beach and Portland. We would definitely stay here again.
