Idéalement situé, tout accessible à pieds: Port, plages, centre ville, marché, restaurant.. Résidence calme.

Bel appartement, très bien placé afin de visiter ROYAN et sa région, très lumineux, bien agencé, propreté irréprochable, place de parking. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Située dans le centre de Royan, cette résidence très calme permet de profiter de l'animation de cette ville fort agréable, à deux pas du marché (formidable pour les gourmets) et de l'avenue centrale avec tous les commerces très diversifiés. Un moment bien agréable dans le contexte actuel. L'accueil de Carole a été parfait et attentionné. Merci.
