About this apartment rental
This is a studio condo that sleeps 4 people. You'll find a queen size Murphy bed that you can fold away in to the wall and a fold out couch with a temper-pedic mattress for comfort. It's a bottom, end unit that we completely remodeled when we bought it. We have converted the wood burning fireplace into an electric fireplace, just use the remote control. We have added a 'kid friendly' propane heater that is safe to the touch. There is an easy access storage closest outside for your equipment.
We have outside seating to watch all of the summer and winter events that happen on the Angel Fire Resort ski hill...from mountain biking and hiking to skiing, snowboarding and the tubing hill, it's right all below you. Did I mention the wild life? There are elk and deer everywhere, we are surrounded by a dense forest so you may see a bear or two!
This kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a dishwasher and a full sized stacked washer/dryer, tons of pots, pans, glasses and dishes. There’s crockpot for the easy meals and a coffee pot with filters.
Come up and enjoy our condo, you'll love it as much as we do!
(FYI: We provide 2 extra rolls of paper towels, 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and coffee filters. You'll need to bring the rest, your spices and coffee.)

We had another excellent stay in Condo A1. Perfect for a little family getaway just a few steps from the bunny hill. We had all the amenities we needed, thanks again!

The online description of this rental as being close to the skiing is accurate, it is just a short walk to/from the bunny slope. The owner, Heather, is friendly and accommodating, taking the time to be sure the rental is clean and well-stocked for new arrivals. Access was a breeze, there is a lockbox and she texts the combination the morning of your arrival. Parking is also easy with a windshield permit waiting inside for you upon arrival.The unit is small but perfect for a couple or single person. Very cozy, especially after the fireplace is going. It is well-heated between the fireplace, a space heater and baseboard in the bathroom. All work well. The murphy bed is comfortable and easy to use. Regarding the kitchen and bathroom, this unit has practically everything you could want. There is even a two-quart crockpot if needed.The unit is equipped with Roku TV, you can also bring a firestick or equivalent and plug that in for a larger programming choice. Trash disposal is easy on your day of departure, the dumpsters are conveniently located on the way out of town.

The customer was unaware of extensive exterior remodeling in progress. Disappointed that we were not made aware of this annoying issue.
