Welcome to a uniquely relaxing getaway. This 1,100 square foot, 3rd floor waterfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.
One of the first things Marco Island visitors learn is morning coffee tastes a little more exotic when you’re drinking it on a balcony cooled by fragrant island breezes overlooking a waterway lined with palm trees. This spacious balcony is furnished with a loveseat, chairs and a table, making it the ideal setting for reading, relaxing and sipping your favorite tropical beverage as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the still water.
The setting inside is every bit as peaceful, with cozy furnishings, bamboo dining room chairs, and colorful island-themed fabrics creating a feeling of tranquility. Potted ferns and colorful flowers throughout the unit add a tropical touch.
The kitchen features a recessed ceiling, granite countertops, and comes with all the modern cookware and appliances you need to serve a family dinner or entertain guests on the balcony.
The coral-hued tile bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of the tropics. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony, and both bedrooms come with televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space.
This unit provides you with all the comforts and conveniences of your home away from home, including heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
The Eagle Cay is renowned for deluxe amenities in a lush garden setting. Swim in one of two heated pools then use a gas grill to cook up a barbeque on the pavilion. Play tennis, pickleball, bocce ball or shuffleboard. Or maybe you’d rather cast a line from the fishing pier.
You’re just a short walk from so many exciting things to see and do. Put on your flip-flops and head over to the warm sands and turquoise waters of South Beach.
You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden, and Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theatres, fine dining and much more. Another short walk takes you to Caxambas Boat Park.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Eagle Cay. Very comfortable accommodations. Adan, the Manager, was very helpful when needed. Met alot of nice friendly people playing pickleball and will look forward to staying in this community in the future. Wish we could have stayed longer.

First time renting on Marco Island. Lovely condo and well kept community.
The pool was lovely, but lack of umbrellas by the lounges made it impossible to enjoy due to absence of shade.
Sink plug in guest bath doesn’t hold water and master shower never had any hot water.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We had a wonderful two months at the Eagle Cay 3-305. OST if the kitchen was new even the outlets. The view from the lenai was the canal and opening waters to the bay. So many boats to see getting us jealous wanting to rent one. I liked the extra amenity of a printer. The condo is bright with sofas and chairs in the right position to watch television. The residents are very active with building parties, outdoor parties and socials, pickle ball, niche, tennis, shuffleboard, boat docks, fishing, etc. The hounds are set with orchids on the trees , various lowering plants., very picturesque.We are coming back.
