Luxury 2-Story Condo / Prime Location

Words and pictures can’t possibly prepare you for how great this property is. Whatever you paid I promise you it’s a deal for the experience you are about to have. Made my first family vacation a dream.

WE really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was conveniently located near the convention center and several adorable coffee shops and restaurants. For value and location., I do not think it can be beat! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place would stay again

The location of the property is near the convention center/WW2 museum, which means that it's actually pretty quiet at night. If there were people staying in the other units in the building while we were there, we never heard them. There's a nice little market a few blocks away where you can stock up on any supplies you might need. It's also a pretty far walk to the Quarter, if that's where you're wanting to spend most of your time. The property manager was responsive and the HVAC system (there are separate units for the two sleeping areas upstairs) worked nicely. Calling this a "4 bedroom" is really kind of pushing it. It's really two bedrooms - only one of which has a closet - and then pull out beds - one in the living room, and the other upstairs near the only bedroom with doors and a closet. To use the balcony, you have to go through the downstairs bedroom. The furniture overall is a bit worn and shabby, some of the linens had holes in them, and simple things like having Kleenex on hand and replacing burned out light bulbs weren't taken care of. The wiring in the upstairs bathroom was wonky, and you couldn't turn on the lights over the mirror without turning on the exhaust fan, and then, they only came on very dimly. It was okay for a couple of nights, but not sure if I'd stay here again unless there were some significant upgrades made.
