Overall the place is nice & neat, but the only drawback was the old furniture. The host was very nice & accommodating

Quaint and beachy. Great for families! Owner was very communicative and responsive. Loved the enclosed porch/deck area. Comfortable beds. AC worked well. Great location - peaceful but also very easy to drive to the beach.

Good- price, location, check in process, onsite pool
Bad- pull out couch did not work so one of our party had to sleep on the floor, very very dated and cluttered
Ugly- floor was filthy- the bottom of our feet were black within 5 minutes of arrival. Owner's response was very quick and apologetic but no solution offered.
